An 18-year-old Pennsylvania driver was drunk, high, and doing nearly 76 mph when he crashed into a tractor-trailer— killing his 17-year-old friend and seriously injuring another teen, according to charges announced by Berks County prosecutors on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
Isaac Pierre Orsag, of Wyomissing, has been charged with homicide by vehicle while DUI, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, recklessly endangering another person, and related offenses, District Attorney John T. Adams said in a release.

Two Teenagers Killed In Jackson Crash: Police
Two teenagers were killed and three others were injured in a crash in Jackson Township, early Friday, May 23, authorities said.
At 4:39 a.m., officers responded to North Hope Chapel Road and New Central Avenue after a vehicle struck a tree, Jackson Township police said.
The two victims were pronounced dead at 5:26 a.m., while the other three occupants, all teenagers, were transferred to a nearby hospital, police said.
The identity of the victims has not been released, police said. The crash remains under investigation, police said.
