Chatham Man Charged In Deadly Pedestrian Strike: Morris County Prosecutor
A 29-year-old Chatham Township man was arrested and charged with vehicular homicide following a fatal crash last month, authorities announced Friday, Feb. 6.
Matthew Vining is charged with reckless vehicular homicide, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Chatham Borough Police Chief Brian Gibbons said.

Kelvin Eugene Jackson, 41, passed away on Sunday, January 11, after he was struck by a vehicle in Prince George’s County and suffered critical injuries that left him hospitalized for months.
