The crash involving five vehicles happened in front of a Dairy Queen along the 1700 block of Lincoln Way East in Franklin County around 7:38 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, according to the Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Department. Emergency crews arrived to find 10 patients in need of care following the collision, fire officials said. EMS units from Fayetteville, Chambersburg, Mont Alto, Marion, and WellSpan responded to assist with treatment and transport. The extent of the injuries has not been released.
