Three Hoboken residents were arrested and charged after police spotted them with multiple weapons during a melee on Wednesday, Aug. 30, authorities said.
At 5 p.m., numerous officers responded to Fourth and Harrison streets on reports of a man with a firearm and a woman with a knife, Marci Rubin, senior public information assistant for the Department of Public Safety said.

Pair Found Guilty In Toms River Shooting Death: Prosecutor
Two men from Toms River have been found guilty in connection with the shooting death of another man, authorities said.
Daivon Sullivan, 21, and Leyron Jones, 26, were found guilty of murder after a jury trial on Thursday, Aug. 17, in connection with the death of Javon Cutler, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
A third defendant, Shadrach Correa, 21, previously pleaded guilty in the case.

Trio Charged With Drug Offenses In Atlantic City: Police
Three people were charged with various drug-related offenses in Atlantic City, authorities said.
A handgun also was recovered on June 29, according to Atlantic City police.
A court-ordered search warrant on the home of Kassandra Beebe, 33, of Atlantic City. turned up more than 24 grams of methamphetamine, 52 bags of heroin, three grams of cocaine, and prescription pills.
Beebe was charged with dealing drugs.
Anthony Savage, 38, of Pleasantville, was charged with possession of drugs.
Beebe and Savage were released pending court appearances.
