Motorcyclist Killed In Granby Crash ID'd As 69-Year-Old Simsbury Man
Authorities have identified a motorcyclist killed in a weekend crash as a 69-year-old Connecticut man.
Mark Floryan, of Tariffville, was involved in the crash at about 5:45 p.m. Sunday, July 26, on Route 189 near the intersection of Peck Orchard Road in Granby, police said Tuesday.
Responders found Floryan seriously injured after the two-vehicle crash, and crews airlifted him to Hartford Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
The other driver involved in the crash, a 50-year-old man, was not injured and remained at the scene to speak with police, authorities said.
