A 30-year-old Mansfield contractor was arrested and charged on Tuesday, Feb. 18 in Mount Olive after he threatened two other contractors with a gun last month, authorities said.
On Thursday, Jan. 9 at 11:58 a.m., officers responded to a residence under construction on Mount Olive Road after a contractor, later identified as Austin Cole, threatened two contractors while brandishing a handgun after an argument, Mount Olive police said. A 17-year-old Clifton High School student has been arrested and charged with making multiple violent threats targeting students, staff, and the school itself, authorities said.
Detectives from the Clifton Police Juvenile Division arrested the teen male on Monday, Feb. 3, following an investigation into four reported incidents between Jan. 27 and Jan. 29, Clifton Police Lt. Robert Anderson said.
