Man Critically Wounded In Overnight Hartford Shooting; Police Asking For Tips Police are investigating an early morning shooting in Hartford that left a man fighting for his life.  Officers rushed to 371 Franklin Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, after several 911 callers reported gunfire, Hartford police said.  When they arrived, officers found a man in his 30s who had been shot.
