Three people, including two juveniles, were arrested on Sunday, Dec. 29 for driving a stolen car in Township of Union, authorities said.
At 5:20 p.m., officers discovered the stolen car near the Galloping Hill Mall at 1350 Galloping Hill Rd., Township of Union police said. Officers surrounded the car with the goal of blocking it to prevent a pursuit, police said.

Two Anne Arundel County police officers have been indicted for allegedly concealing their involvement in a high-speed pursuit that ended in a fatal crash last year, Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown announced Monday.
Officer Eddie Vasquez, 29, and Cpl. Kieran Schnell, 27, face charges of misconduct in office in connection with the Dec. 7, 2023, incident, according to a press release issued on Dec. 9 announcing that Vasquez has been charged with one count of misconduct, while Schnell faces two counts.

A 40-year-old Winchester man is behind bars after a wild multi-county police chase that ended with him hiding on Quantico Marine Corps Base, officials said.
The pursuit began around 10:20 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 30, when a Stafford County deputy spotted a stolen Ford heading south on Richmond Highway near the I-95 ramp.
