Charles Henry Mitchell IV, 23, of Conoy Township, is accused of killing Elena Murariu, 55, of West Donegal Township, in a high-speed crash at the intersection of Turnpike and Bossler roads around 5:23 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

Two men from Ohio were killed in a fiery single-vehicle crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Lancaster County, the coroner announced on Monday, May 12.
Saurav Prabhakar, 23, and Manav Patel, 20, both of Cleveland, died in the crash that happened around 7:51 a.m. on Saturday, May 10 near mile marker 286 eastbound in East Cocalico Township, according to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office.
