A deadly mass shooting in West Philadelphia has claimed the lives of two young men, as police continue searching for answers, authorities announced in an update on Tuesday, March 31.
The gunfire erupted near 60th Street and Delany Street around 6:37 p.m. on Monday, March 30, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Five people were struck in the shooting, police said. Two victims — 24-year-old Paul Cobb and 24-year-old Naasir Boyd, both of Philadelphia — were taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where they were pronounced dead.
