One man was killed and another civilian was wounded during an officer-involved shooting in Newark on Monday, Jan. 19, authorities said. The shooting occurred shortly after 1 p.m. in the area of Ross Street and Evergreen Avenue in Newark, New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin said.
