One person was injured and a cat died in a house fire in Parsippany on Saturday, April 18, authorities said.
At 11:25 p.m., officers responded to 760 Edwards Rd. a two-family residence and found the front of the residence fully engulfed in flames, Parsippany police said. A man was still inside the home, but officers located him and safely escorted him out, police said.
