A Long Island drug dealer will spend nearly two decades behind bars after he sold fentanyl that led to the fatal overdose of a 25-year-old man.
Jeffrey Sloan, 62, of Central Islip, was sentenced in Suffolk County Court Wednesday, Jan. 21, to 18 years in prison. It followed his guilty pleas to criminal possession of a controlled substance and related charges.
