Waterbury Sex Offender, 60, Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 16-Year-Old: Police
A 60-year-old registered Connecticut sex offender was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old, authorities said.
Michael Miller, of Waterbury, was charged just after noon on Saturday, Feb. 28, according to Connecticut State Police.
Few details about the alleged assault were released, other than that the victim was 16 at the time of the attack. Police said the victim was not physically injured.
Miller was charged with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree sexual assault, harmful communication with a minor, and failure to register as a sex offender, police said.
