The three people killed in a three vehicle crash along Interstate 83 on Wednesday afternoon have been identified by the coroner. Heath Wilson, 48, of the 300 block of Ruth Road in York Township, died at WellSpan York Hospital at 3:32 p.m., according to a release by the coroner's office. A Paterson man was charged with first-degree murder in the death of a 2-year-old child. Ricardo Rivera, 30, remained held Thursday in the Passaic County Jail following his arrest the day before, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said. The death of a 40-year-old Jersey City man has been ruled a homicide, authorities announced Tuesday. Benjamin Stone was found lifeless in his Storms Avenue apartment by officers performing a welfare check on April 27 around 1:30 a.m., and pronounced dead 30 minutes later, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
